We pray this website will be used as a resource hub for your family as you seek to grow in faith in the Lord Jesus Christ at Cash Creek Baptist Church in Henderson, Kentucky. This website contains everything you need to know about Cash Creek Baptist Church and how God is choosing to use us in our community and in the world. We are affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention and our pastor is listed among the Founders Ministries Friends.
At Cash Creek our vision is to be a confessing body of believers seeking to foster a disciple-making, disciple-sending atmosphere for the purpose of exalting Jesus Christ. We are in the process of many changes and some exciting times at Cash Creek. We long to be a fellowship of believers who fall more in love with Jesus every day because of who He is and what He has done for His church.
Describing Cash Creek in four words:
1) Truth (Foundational to who we are as a church lies in the thing that binds us in one accord – the inerrant Word of God. The preaching of the Bible is the culmination of our worship experience and is the basis of all teaching. The Bible represents truth, and we take the Bible by faith as the only true Word of God).
2) Community (Cash Creek is defined, in part, by whom God has allowed us to minister. For 146 years, this church has been at this location serving Henderson County. We are not, however, defined by physical structures or limited by miles. We are a church that seeks to see Jesus exalted around the globe).
3) Discipleship (We are commanded by Jesus to make disciples. By virtue of our common confession of Jesus as the Christ, we are defined by the task of making disciples of all nations).
4) Family (This church family is one that is not put together by marriage or birth but by adoption. Each of us who claim Christ as Savior and Lord are adopted by God into His family by His will through faith in Jesus).
